NDM market overview report for JIG - June 2008
Overall a good month for distribution with all Publisher Efficiency (PE) and Weighted RDT (WRDT) Compliance scores showing improvements both month on month and year on year with the exception of both the month on month, and year on year Mon-Fri PE scores, in both cases this was mainly due to later deliveries of Sun.
This is only the second month in the last year that has shown year on year Saturday improvements (the other month being Feb 08), and this is mainly due to improvements in Express and to a lesser extent Sun’s deliveries.
Sun has been part of the cause in changes to the Mon-Fri and Saturday distribution and improved delivery times of its sister title News of The World was also the main cause behind the Sunday distribution increases, although improvements to Mail on Sunday’s deliveries also played a part in these increases.
