Communications
The industry was asked to examine how best to effectively communicate the results of the Unsolds Challenge project. As JIG was in the process of updating its website it was agreed that a full report of the output from the project would form part of the content of the website.
However, the existence of the website still needed to be promoted within the industry. To reach as wide audience an audience as possible, a presentation will be given to the Trade Press and each association will market the website using its internal communication channels including bulletins, newsletters and, where relevant, meetings.
As the reports on SBR, Newspaper and Magazine data will be updated on a regular basis, email alerts to interested industry contacts will be automatically generated as soon as the reports are updated. Additionally, any viewer can register on the website to receive updates, this should help gain maximum exposure for both the website and the Unsolds Challenge project.
