JIG Stakeholder

This is the forum for senior influencers and decision makers within the industry to contribute knowledge, expertise and opinions to help drive change through the supply chain for the benefit of all. 

It meets on a quarterly basis to receive reports from the chairmen of each of the JIG sub groups, to review work in progress and to guide and influence next steps. 

Membership comprises senior directors from retailing, wholesaling and newspaper and magazine publishing. Each JIG trade association has a minimum of two representatives on the group. 

Like JIG, the role of the chair rotates on an annual basis between participating associations. The current chairman is David Cooke, Category Manager Papershop for Tesco, who holds the office until end of March 2010.
