The Joint Industry Group comprises the Association of Newspaper and Magazine Wholesalers (ANMW), the Newspaper Publishers Association (NPA), the Periodical Publishers Association (PPA), the Association of News Retailing (ANR), the British Retail Consortium (BRC) and the National Federation of Retail Newsagents (NFRN).

18th March 2010 At it's meeting on 23rd February the Board of the Joint Industry Group (JIG) resolved to disband JIG from 31st March 2010. However, wholesalers and publishers remain committed to maintain their support for the Industry Standard Service Agreement (ISSA) during the transitional period. In these circumstances , ISSA Complaint Forms may still be downloaded from the JIG website (Click here: www.jointindustrygroup.co.uk/issa_complaints ) or by telephoning 01206 862606. Complaints will continue through the usual process until conclusion.
